Mademoiselle Breizh is the result of two passionate people with complementary skills, lovers of good food, buckwheat and Brittany.

Finally, Mademoiselle Breizh is not only a duo: it is also a team of 7 employees able to multi tasks. Yes, folding the crepes,  galettes, bagging, producing the caramel, selling the products, communicating… It requires a lot of work!

Mademoiselle Breizh is committed to offering preservative-free products made from 100% French ingredients, for a guarantee of quality and better traceability.

A real handyman, Vincent is reactive and rigorous. A pastry chef by profession, he is the one who prepares the recipes for Mademoiselle Breizh.

Naturally dynamic and creative, Émilie is responsible for the communication and distribution of Mademoiselle Breizh products.

As a communication officer, Audrey assists Emilie in the business development: customer relations, administration, communication, etc.

With Nathalie, they are the crepe makers of Mademoiselle Breizh. Solange prepares the crepes and galettes.
With her smile, Océane welcomes you in our shop and prepares your orders.

With his good mood, Hervé delivers crepes and galettes every Wednesday and Saturday in the areas around Vannes (56).

Always in a good mood, Anne-Cécile is in charge of preparing chips, cookies, sablés, granolas, etc.
Like Solange, Nathalie takes care of the Mademoiselle Breizh crepes and galettes.
